AQF is a comprehensive program dedicated to improving the lives of individuals that struggle with substance abuse, Mental Health, emotional health issues, and other social difficulties.
Assurance Quality Foundation (AQF) is a non-profit organization that provides Mental Health/ Substance Abuse Treatment, Emotional Health Stabilization, Adult Mental Health First Aid Instructor, and other interventions necessary to support people in need.
AQF Program Philosophy:

AQF's Philosophy is simple. We do not believe anyone wants to live a destructive lifestyle. We do believe that destructive behavior is usually a symptom to some underlying struggles. We will attempt to create an environment where people feel safe sharing their lives with us and feel safe. Our expectation is that all staff that comes in contact with our clients will exhibit the 3 P's, Professionalism, Positivity, and Productivity. Not only will they behave in a professional manner but they will be consistently positive and encouraging and we will ensure that they are trained in such a way that the services they deliver are productive in assisting our clients with achieving their goals.
AQF is ran and operated by the CEO William T. Glover-Bey who is an Certified Addictions Counselor CSC-AD, Certified Community Health Worker CCHW, and Adult Mental Health First Aid Instructor. William has overcome many obstacles and lives to tell his story, he feels obligated to reach back to support others. He has over 20 years of hands on research with working with people who struggle with addictions and Mental Health problems, and he brings love and compassion into serving clients. He has work in several agencies to develop his experience and skills, and now is dedicating himself to the overall development of the AQF program.
